Organic fertilizers used in the Growing Green program are a blend of various plant and animal meals that are a balance of proteins, fats, yeast, sugars, starches, and carbohydrates. These fertilizers have been designed to provide long-term sustained feeding. The lower salt content of organic fertilizers also means that less supplemental watering is required to maintain a healthy root system.

Should you also wish to control crabgrass and weeds; non-organic additives can be included in your program at additional cost.
